The circuit diagram selected in this test is based on the data of JJG1021-2007 “Power Transformer Verification Regulations”
In this experiment, in order to better apply the 1/1 self-calibration method, the winding is performed again on the basis of the secondary winding. The number of turns of the winding is the same as the number of turns of the low-voltage current transformer of the test sample. This method can also effectively avoid the standard Problems introduced by low voltage current transformer errors.
The half-wave current measurement of the low-voltage current transformer can be completed by using the above circuit, and its error can be clarified. It should be noted that in the above circuit diagram, in order to improve the working current of the calibrator, the current transformer used is 10/1.
Therefore, after the test is completed, multiply the obtained value by 10 to obtain accurate measurement results.
Experiments have proved that this method has played a very important role in the detection of DC immunity performance. It can not only realize the detection and self-calibration of the test circuit, but also avoid the problems introduced by measurement errors. But it must be wound again before measurement. There is an inverse proportional relationship between current and detection efficiency.
Simply, in the process of increasing current, the detection efficiency drops sharply, but the labor intensity increases, so the synthetic error under half-wave DC cannot accurately express the DC resistance performance of an individual.
