The zero phase current transformer is combined with the leakage protection relay to form a leakage and ground fault protection device. The zero-sequence leakage current exceeding the set value is detected by the zero-sequence current transformer, and the leakage protection relay compares the rated operating current, sends out an action signal, and disconnects or connects the alarm circuit.
Three phase unbalance does not necessarily need to burn things, but it will have a certain impact on the power supply grid. The power distribution must distribute the electric energy reasonably, and each phase cannot be too different, so that the electric energy can be used reasonably.
The zero-sequence current transformer passes through the three-phase cable at one time, and it does not work when the currents of each phase are equal, but only when the three-phase currents are unbalanced, it sends out a current signal. Drive the relay action to achieve protection. General current transformers only pass through one phase wire at a time when working, which is used for current measurement and protection.
