At present, there are two types of leakage switches commonly used in the market: electromagnetic and electronic, both of which are current-operated leakage switches. The electromagnetic leakage switch is composed of zero phase current transformer (hereinafter referred to as the transformer), release and other components; in addition to the above two components, the electronic leakage switch is also provided with an electronic amplifier between the two.
The zero sequence current transformer of the leakage switch is a leakage detection element, which is composed of an iron core and windings made of soft magnetic materials. The yoke and armature in the release are also made of soft magnetic materials. There are also components made of permanent magnet materials in the release sensitive release for electromagnetic leakage switches. Transformers and trips are of great significance to the sensitivity, reliability and stability of the leakage switch. Therefore, it is necessary to carefully study the composition, manufacture and performance of magnetic materials suitable for leakage switches.
